Huli Teri-ginger Swordfish

“If you got 30 minutes I got a great dinner for you?” Some ono!! Very delicious in Hawaiian! What?? Another healthy recipe! Well, still get teri sauce!

Ingredients


• 4 (8 ounce) swordfish steaks
• 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce( use Yoshidas brand for best flavor)
• 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine, softened
• 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
• 1 small finger of fresh chopped ginger


Directions

  1. Preheat outdoor grill for medium heat.
  2. Marinate swordfish in teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes adding extra garlic & ½ ginger.
  3. Lightly oil grill grate. Grill steaks, basting frequently with melted margarine, for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Season with fresh ginger shavings, and serve. When done put on plate and wrap with foil and let sit for 5 minutes before plating. (Great with 90sec. Basmati rice) Haole style
